How the Photoshoot Process Works:

Booking & Planning
Contact us to schedule your corporate photoshoot. We’ll discuss important details like session duration, location, and specific requirements.
Preparation
Receive our PDF guide on how to prepare your team, including what to wear to ensure the best outcome.
Photoshoot Day
Our photographer will arrive at your location, set up the necessary equipment, and capture a range of corporate portraits and candid moments.
Post-Production & Delivery
After the session, we edit and retouch the selected images. We provide the final photos in multiple formats (TIFF for print, JPG for web & LinkedIn). Expect delivery within 7-14 working days, depending on the package.

Monthly Flex Plan for Ongoing Photography Needs

Need flexibility? Our Monthly Flex Plan allows you to use your photography hours across multiple sessions for different employees, offering maximum convenience.

Starting from 15 hours with a 5% discount
20% prepayment with the remaining paid after each session

In-House Photography Services for Large Companies

Our in-house photography services are the perfect solution for companies with frequent new hires or large staff numbers.

Packages start at 40 hours with volume discounts
Flexible use within 6 months
20% prepayment is required, with the balance paid after each session

Up to 12-14 visits included in the package
Post-production within 35 days, but timelines can be customized to fit your schedule
